Join the Chesapeake Bay Foundation and Richmond Parks and Recreation during Richmond Tree Week to help ensure the Fonticello Tiny Forest in Richmond, Virginia gets off to a strong start. Young trees and shrubs can’t compete with wiregrass and crabgrass, and since we can’t use herbicides, we’re pulling these weeds by hand. Gloves, trowels, and doughnuts will be provided. Bring your coffee and a friend who loves the outdoors to kickstart your Tuesday morning the right way!
