Southside ReLeaf is an environmental nonprofit dedicated to creating healthier and greener neighborhoods in Southside Richmond.

Richmond Tree Week returns this year, November 1-7, with events across the city celebrating Richmond’s urban forests – the trees that provide shade, cool our streets, and support our well-being. The week includes tree giveaways, planting events, tree walks, book talks, and educational workshops – with several opportunities to volunteer.

Southside ReLeaf is hosting Richmond’s Tree Week kickoff at Davee Gardens on Sunday, November 1 from 10 AM- 12 PM. They welcome you to join them and their friends at Reforest Richmond to plant and care for our trees.
