Boushall Middle School Tree Maintenance Workday

  • Boushall Middle School 3400 Hopkins Road Richmond, VA, 23234 United States (map)

Last fall, we planted 30 new trees at Boushall Middle School with the help of our volunteers. Now that it's spring, we are asking for community support to tend to these young trees. We will weed, reset cages, and learn to use arbor ties to help these trees grow straight and tall! No prior experience is required.

When?

Sunday, March 29, from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Where?

Boushall Middle School, 3400 Hopkins Road, Richmond, VA 23234

Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Bring sun protection and a reusable water bottle. All tools will be provided. If you’d prefer to use your own pair of gloves, feel free to bring them.

Do I need to sign up?

Yes! Please sign up through CFengage. If you have any questions about this event, please email Syd at syd@southsidereleaf.org.
